Courtney first came to the Bod Pod in May 2015. Knowing her body composition enabled her to make a plan for successful, healthy fat loss. She needed proper nutrition to fuel her body and created a custom workout program to compliment the fuel. Another test was completed at the 4-month mark to make sure her body was responding according to plan, and the last Bod Pod to support the visual of a 1-year transformation!
